Well with my own F150 again this weekend I completely changed the work truck back to stock and converted the other truck in less than 5 hrs total lol. I’m really getting good at it though i will say the new truck was easier because I didn’t have to change the XM module or the roof ant. That roof change alone is 30min or better.I told my boss as I sent this pic that if I ever get fired this is how I’ll leave the truck on the side of the road.

I don’t as I left it vinyl and to be honest the vinyl is softer than the carpet in my XLT

I’ve begun my conversion. Curious if you have the part number for the dash. Having a hard time finding one on eBay.

I’ve got the door panels, carpet, heated leather steering wheel, leather seats, and headliner on order. All will be added with Resonix sound deadening.

Will probably do the dash later. Need to find a whole assembly so I don’t have to deal with dozens of smaller parts.

Yup that’s what I did was buy the entire dash and strip it down. Threw away the metal shell, hated to do that but was accumulating tons of parts I would never use and wasn’t going to store. I should have asked around to body shops to see if they wanted them but didn’t.
There isn’t a part number for the entire assembly as it’s dozens of parts but try to find one that is similar to your trim level. The one shown above is an STX so doesn’t have the mirror light buttons or tailgate release but if your an XL you probably don’t have that. The only thing I couldnt find was the lower passenger airbag cover.

OEM panel from Ford did not come with the speaker grill. B&O ones are extremely expensive for what they are but look very nice! Waiting to get part number for black speaker grills. Hunting for part numbers has taken more time than installing the parts!

Does anyone know the part number for the black headline?
I tried the part number that was listed here it says it is tan.
I have search and haven't been able to find it.

I saw the slate, thought that was the darker one. I know it’s on here as I’ve seen it somewhere.
At one time I had the vin for a tan interior regular cab to get the dark upper trim.
