Maybe you need a thick pedal cover over the brake pedal. Maybe you can find an aftermarket pedal cover that bolts around the pedal to "move" the pedal closer to you.

I get it, seems like a ridiculously minor thing but unfortunately i am serious. I have found other threads here with the same issue so i am exploring a couple fixes

First world problem. Some people just have to complain, what next no key just a button to push.

I wish the adjusting was for one pedal not both, that would solve my issue.
I'm not sure that even makes sense. If a 5' tall person drives the truck and needs to move the pedals closer to them due to their short legs, how would moving ONLY the brake pedal help? The gas pedal would still be too far away for that 5' tall person.

If my pedals weren't even like i have, it wouldn't be an issue. If my pedals were normal to where the brake was higher, i would agree with you for sure.

Seems like it may be an ID 10 T error. Check the nut that holds the steering wheel.

There is definitely an adjustment that can be made to adjust the brake pedal. Mine was too high and I was able to adjust it downward (opposite problem that you have). Didn't take much. If you can't get it to move then I am sure a mechanic can do so for you.

Good luck. Regardless of the ribbing here, being uncomfortable while driving sucks, especially for the cost of these vehicles.
