Wondering if anything has been royally ripped off by @Realtruck ?
I placed an order for a Bak Revolver Tonneau cover from @Realtruck, It was shipped via FedEx. FedEx ADMITTEDLY delivered the package to the wrong address and the package has since been missing. I reached out to FedEx where the confirmed the screw up to me. I reached out to @Realtruck and I was told they will need to also file a claim with Fedex and then get back to me. I ultimately get a message from @Realtruck saying that FedEx said it was delivered and provided a photo (Photo not my residence) so therefore it was delivered and they are unable to assist. The email from Realtruck says to reply back to the email with further information. I replied back with the emails and photo evidence that this was 100% Fedex error. I then get no response from Real Truck. I called, waited on their insane hold times and spoke to someone who said "We are at least 10 days behind with our customer service request right now" and asked that I wait for a response. I've waited, still no response. I jut tried calling them again now and the current hold time for Customer service is 5 hours!
It's insane to me that this company has all the evidence needed showing this is an error on FedEx yet I'm the one left $1200..00 in the hole because they're too busy to assist their customers.
I certainly will not be using their services again if they can't make this right. Just trying to help prevent others from the same issues. Especially since they are a forum sponsor and able to market to so many of us so easily here.
