From experience, your dealer and Ford Chat was the least efficient means to get *detailed* and *timely* info for my order. Unless you want to simply wait until the dealer calls you to tell you the truck is on the lot, Ford Marketing had the greatest (and most accurate) detail on status, location, and timeline.

I had an extang lift top tonneau cover on my previous truck and loved it. It was light weight and easy to remove when I needed to. I was looking into the hard covers but I dont like how heavy some of them are. They add ~ 65-70 lbs to the trucks weight.
