I still can’t figure it out. Had that vent line taped down for a little bit and it seemed to really knock down the loudness and frequency, but then it did it with the tape on. So tape is off and I’m even more confused and frustrated. Probably going to take it to another dealer and just say “figure it out. I don’t want it back till you do.”
I tried the same thing with the same result. I thought it was a fix at first because the issue is so intermittent, then I found it definitely wasn't. I haven't really dug into it more since because it's cold here now.

Hello group! I am new hear, but ran across this thread when I was searching for answers to the same solution. I have a 2022 F150 Tremor 35k miles and I have the same rogue noise coming from somewhere in the driver's dash/wheel well area. I took my truck to the dealer yesterday and noted the concern to them. They ended up replacing one of the underbody skirts that is just behind the metal skid plate. After leaving the dealer, initial signs were good as I did not hear the noise, however 24 hours later, the noise is back. Back to the drawing board. I would love to hear any updates to this thread if someone has narrowed down a solution.

sorry to hear you’re dealing with it too. It’s highly annoying. Not that it really helps, and I think I mentioned it earlier in this thread but it seems to fluctuate based on wind as well. A few days ago there was a strong wind from the west and driving north it was nearly constant. When I would turn west/into the wind, it was either dramatically decreased or gone. I’ve noticed this several times. A crosswind makes it worse. Same for everyone else?

I can't tell if its from wind or rough roads. I would lean more towards the wind as it doesn't seem to exactly correlate with bumps in the road. Just an idea, but could it be a loose shutter in the active grill up front? Haven't gone there yet...

Yeah could be. Once it warms up I’m going to dig into it deeper. Dealership wasn’t much help. Mine sounds like it’s right outside the windshield.

I have a dash rattle, that took a year for me to figure out the source. On mine its under the HVAC controls, the plastic above the cell phone sliding door. For the longest time it sounded like it was buried in the dash.

Anyone have any tips for figuring this out. Have had it to the dealership and they claimed it was a couple loose screws on the skid plate and that the rattle was gone. It sounds more like it’s in the corner of the dash, or wheel well, or upper engine compartment.
Thanks!

Bud I've got the same issue. I've done everything to figure it out on my 24 tremor with 8k. It's worse on windy days with a crosswind and acts up with turbulence from a semi truck. Do you have power folding mirrors? I think I've got it narrowed down to around the mirror. If you power fold the mirror while on the interstate it usually triggers a little rattle. And stops for a second when I open the mirror back out. There's a plastic piece the mirror rotates on that's pretty flimsy. Haven't got it to stop yet but I might be on to something. Im not gonna stop to I get it figured out?

I’ll take a look at the mirror. It’s been windy several days lately and tomorrow is suppose to be windy too, so I’ll drive around and see if the mirror narrows anything down. Next step is to pull off the front wheel well liner and see if there’s anything obvious in there. Driving me nuts! But hey, at least these things didn’t cost us $~70k! ??

Yes. It's absolutely coming from the mirror. It was acting up a lot today with the wind. Long story but I stopped half way through my trip and taped off an area...I attached a pic

Make sure you tape off the whole perimeter of that insert under there
