After installing a dashcam and piggybacking leads to fuses in the passenger-side kickplate fuse box, my steering wheel lost centering and sits at 2 o'clock/8 o'clock when the wheels are straight. It did not do this immediately, but after driving for a while, so I don't know if it is a coincidence or related to the fuse I pulled to install the piggyback lead. That fuse was labeled : "Auto-dimming interior mirror, Rear heat seat run/start, Adaptive front steering run/start. Heated wheel [vehicles without adaptive front steering]."
Has anyone ever experienced this and is there a reset/recal I can do?

Update: Apparently that module did not like me piggybacking on the circuit with the camera. I removed the pigtail for the camera, and reinstalled the fuse, and when I turned the ignition on the steering re-centered itself, and the lane-centering function started working again. So... I will have to do without the "parked" function with the camera. I used the long USB cable supplied with the camera to plug into the USB port in the cubby, routing it in the headliner to the driver's side jamb, down to the footwell, and across to the console. 98% hidden and comes on when the truck is started.

You could have avoided running that long cable and used an adaptor that feeds off your rearview mirror.

Proof is in the puddin': ---> Dongar Technologies

Well DAMN! Where were you when I needed you? LOL.
I've mentioned this product before. I would use the "search forums" feature and save you the time/headache. (y)

Thanks, but I would have had I been looking for installation help. I was wiring it up with a proprietary harness that needed a battery lead and an ignition lead for use when parked as well as when cranked. My issue was the loss of steering wheel alignment after the fact.
