Started with the most current version. Then installed an older version. Neither would let me login.Are you using the current version of FDRS or one of the older versions?
Please let me know what OS you're using. I am in almost the same place - got myself a PC here today and installed Forscan and FDRS. But have not had a chance to get a license for FDRS to try it out. I have WIndows 11 Pro since this is a new PC. Have seen other threads where some folks say they have login issues with Windows 11 but other say they're just fine.I just downloaded FDRS today and have been trying all day to login. It fails at every attempt. I’ve tried everything under the sun including installing an older version of FDRS with no luck. Using my Motorcraft login info.
When I try to login as “non-dealer ETIS” with user ID and password I get error message “user authentication has failed”
When I try to login as “independent operator/non-dealer”, it sends me to Ford login page, enter credentials and it just refreshes the login page and goes nowhere.
When I run Network Diagnostics test on FDRS, I get fields “FDSP” and “Login server connection” as FAIL.
Windows Defender turned off.
I purchased the 2-day license which might expire before I get to use it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
