B&O Snap, Crackle, and Pop

I’ve got a 2021 Platinum with the B&O. I took my truck to dealership last year because my driver head rest speaker was making crackling/popping sound pretty routinely. After that repair, my headrest seems to be good but I get 3-4 loud pops out of my driver door speaker (maybe others as well) whenever I wake my truck up by unlocking it or approaching it. It’s the same sequence of pops every time like some sort of feedback from the electrical systems coming back online. This happens every time and is very annoying.

there is a TSB, speak to your dealer. Fixed my similar issues, and improved sound quality overall.

If you have the B&O system, this was address long ago by Ford with a DSP update.

Would you happen to have any additional info on the TSB? I have called the dealers in my area and they have no recollection of the issue and want to charge a diagnostic fee just to look at it. Maybe I am incorrect here but seems like they could just use the TSB to reprogram and skip the diag.

I just looked for it and it seems to have been removed from PTS. It is an old issue and I guess it is assumed everyone got the update the makes this go away at this point. I am sure that it is posted somewhere in this forum, but it is no longer and active TSB/SSM in PTS.
