Would you happen to have any additional info on the TSB? I have called the dealers in my area and they have no recollection of the issue and want to charge a diagnostic fee just to look at it. Maybe I am incorrect here but seems like they could just use the TSB to reprogram and skip the diag.

Did you ever figure out a fix? My 21 is doing that exact same thing. Thanks.
