The front parking sensors….. Getting a 501A I didn’t expect to get those. I guess they are part of the intelligent cruise (copilot assist 360) when you also have the 360 cameras… who knows… but regardless I love the front parking sensors and how I can pull up then as soon as I get close the cameras automatically come up along with the radar signal. It’s just fantastic.

Is that an option? My front camera doesn't come on like that. I am wondering if I should be taking it to the dealership as it is still on warranty ( barely)

My last trucks were a 1998 F-150 and a 2006 F-150 and this 2021 (all were SuperCabs) has by far the worst turning radius ?‍♂

Same! Came from a 2005 F150 Crew with the short bed. Between the electric steering and the 12" longer wheelbase this steers like the Titanic!!

Aside from truck life itself (this is my first), I did not expect to love adaptive cruise control. Took a road trip from Florida to upstate NY and can't live without it now.

We're thrilled to hear you're loving the features on your F-150, Mike!

the 750 miles between fill ups.....the highway fuel mileage is amazing for a truck this size and a v8

My biggest regret is not ordering mine with the 36 gallon tank.

Two things I didn't really expect to love in my 2023 STX:

1. The power this 3.5L Ecoboost makes. I've driven Mustang GTs, a 370z, and 2021 Supra (3.0). While this truck isn't as fast as those cars.... it's not TOO far behind. I'm adding the ProCal tuner this month and expect to be further impressed.

2. The space of the SuperCrew. I'm married with no kids. But when me and my wife travel, there's literally NEVER any planning that I have to do with packing. The rear seats just swallow up cargo.

13k miles driven and I just realized the truck had this feature. I had the front camera on and hit the wiper wash and saw a little arm pop out. Had to recruit my lovely wife to record the video for me.
Now I need to look and see if I have that feature!

I don’t have many miles on it yet but a couple things I didn’t expect but am loving:

1) These factory tires are way quieter and smoother than anything I used on my last truck. It was an 04 K3500 single rear wheel so the load range E tires were not as compliant.

2) Driving with the rear window and sun roof open to let the hot air out provides a pleasant breeze within the cabin without the noise and buffeting experienced with all windows open. I was able to talk to my Mom on the phone going 72mph and she didn’t know I had any windows open.

3) This truck is easy to relax and cruise, even with a bed load of stone (rip rap to prevent erosion). Selecting the tow/haul mode kept it responsive in areas of traffic.
