i thought the same! Plus I assume with an 8’ bed the battery can be larger powering more than 7.2kW! I also assume it’s with the 7.3L… but can we complain enough for a diesel? ?

Outstanding! I wonder if a PB F-150 Version 2 will be happening at the same time. This Super Duty PB will help in any response to the 2025 Ramcharger if the Ramcharger has a basically "problem free" launch.

hmm interesting take! Almost makes sense PB 2.0 happening… Ford would knock it out the park with this. They can’t go too big with the battery tho! so payload don’t take a hit, but better MPG is also a plus!

Forget the generator market, that probably won't be affected too much. However, aftermarket inverters are going to go the way of the dodo

If they could go just a little bigger with the F-150 battery just to get a little extra glide time electric driving that would be outstanding. While the payload would take a hit Ford would have the F-250 PB as a step up for anyone that needs that extra duty. It could be a nice one two punch.

apologies, I meant payload hit for the Super Duty… I suppose not much bigger than 10kW which still a lot! Who knows…

Super duties already can hit 14k gvwr
And that's a f350 dual rear wheels crew cab
Having the pb. Option is freaking great
But price, insurance etc will be interesting
Folks towing heavy rvs. Can ditch tye propane generators, and gain weight carry capacity in the rv
Let truck power it up
2026 is not that far......away
