I see all the inventory and hear that sales are down, and it makes sense to me considering the economy, interest rates, and uncertainty.

And then I see Ford reporting just the opposite:

Elections always cause people to hold off buying. Interest rates are way up from just a few years ago, too. Those will result in fewer sales for a while, but Ford isn't forcing dealers to buy SDs.

Car sales are down huge
Depends on the car, but yes in general things are slow.

As for the Super Duties, I've been talking to a friend of mine who owns a ford dealership and he said they are making deals on the work trucks XL, STX, XLT, but for the higher end trims (Plat/Limited) they are still getting market adjustments becuase most people that are buying these trucks are not willing to ship/travel to get one and theres likely only 1-2 options unless you are in a major Metro.

Edit: As a data point only 2x 350 Limiteds in DFW.
