Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but your truck is on Sync 20301 which is bad software from 2020 known the break the OTA process. The software on your truck is well over 3 years old. Are you able to toggle auto updates on and off or is it grayed out? If it is grayed out, the easiest way to fix it would be to swap out your APIM for another one.

Can you please check 1FTFW1ED7MFB41676, having an issue where Sync freezes and I get a random BLIS fault for ~1 second then clears in the IC.

These are the codes your truck is reporting. The codes explain the random BLIS fault, but I have no good explanation for why Sync is freezing up.

Could someone run my Vin 1FTFW1ED2MFA 98400. Just spent two days updating software in fdrs. APIM
module kept coming up with error message saying restore DEOx_ range
writing exception. Just wondering if it's happy and will start OTA updates again.

For sure it is not. You are on Sync 22125 which is from 2022 and it seems you have had your APIM replaced more than once. Post a pic of your "about sync" screen when you can.

I see they updated the IPC yesterday. Nothing else has been done in terms of updates.

hi can one of you gurus tell me where im at with my bluecruise journey or maybe what i have to say is just an FYI anyways, heres my story. My fordpass app has always said something about a software update for my vehicle coming soon to enable bluecruise , well of course it failed an important updated earlier in its life an now required what is referred to as campaign 21G01 ,..... heres where it gets interesting i finally got all my ducks in a row, have all the equipment, and had time, and logged on to fdrs and there was a whole list of software updates to do but, interestingly none of the main ones mentioned in 21G01, i updated all but a BCM that requires some additional authentication for Vehicle Security Services (NASTF) , then ran network test and tried starting a new session to see if more updates would come available none did so i poked around in the modules and found a bluecruise prep kit enable so ran that and also found a bluecruise systems settings query and ran that. With nothing else to do i started checking things on my sync screen . I now have lane centering - with hands free, and my map expriry is 3/9/2074. also just checked my fordpass app and the bluecruise has changed to active. Took it for a test drive but alas i am nowhere near a bluezone . see attached image for sync version vin number

On another note, on my test drive i noticed a new driver alert message that i had never got before. In the past i have only got a message that said ''keep hands on wheel'' when i was using lane centering with a second message saying ''resume control'' if i did not shortly heed the first message. However the new message said ''watch the road'' the first time it comes on it seems like it doesn't care if you are looking straight ahead or not it keeps saying that then resorts to the resume control message then further to 2 brake taps then briefly shutting off lane centering before settling down and resuming normal operation, after that it seems kinda random when it decides to tell you to ''watch the road''.

Serial numbers match. Have you gotten any updates since the APIM was replaced in your truck? OTA history shows nothing, but it only keeps records of the last few months.
