My tracker never updated to shipped. Ford chat told me my truck shipped 5/31. Tracker still had yet to update. I’ve seen quite a few trackers in other groups update the shipped date as the same date as the final preparation date.

Man I hope that’s the case! Would be a nice surprise.

I was able to get ford chat to tell me a railcar number and have been tracking it via an 800 number for Norfolk Southern. Appears it has reached its final stop... still a 2-hour drive from there to my dealer so I imagine another couple of days... As of this morning I believe its currently at a massive Auto distribution location.

Ask for chat for the "secondary status" that is where the rail car number was populated

On the tracking website, mine was originally indicating a window of 6/2 to 6/15...it updated a short while ago to 6/4 to 6/17.

I received confirmation yesterday from Ford chat that the truck was received at the Juntion Point (Union Pacific Railroad) in Chicago, with an anticipated delivery date at the dealership between 6/5 and 6/11.

My delivery window moved backwards yesterday...here's hoping it will soon be delivered to the dealer.

zero-point-zero. Solo 03 MAY hold out here.

I did get a VIN view from my dealer. 02 May Trim (made sense...blend date), then it bounced around in production [~ 2300 03 May into Production and ~ 0600 04 May out of Production]. Transferred to Ground Effects unit [assuming for the spray-in bed and wheel well liners] ~ 0630 04 May. Out of Ground Effects 05 May and returned / remained to Ford Production ever since.

Maybe there is hope I may sign financing paperwork before the current $2500 incentives expire 08 Jul.

Based on my experience over the past few months, don't bother with the Tracker (or) Ford Chat. - Both are delayed in posting updates and have incomplete/inaccurate information.

The most consistently updated and detailed source I found has been Ford Marketing Program Headquarters (Ford MPH); +1-800-334-4375.

When prompted for your reason, simply state, "Ford F-150". - This will keep you out of the Lincoln side of the house and generally get a person on the line w/in about 90sec.

If/when you have your sticker/VIN, the last-8 characters are the search string *they* use to research your vehicle's status/location.

Ford Marketing gave me the same verbal response as my dealer "Released to Body Shop for completion" then referred me back to the dealer for more detailed info. They also told me to watch my tracker. <errgh>

Given I saw on VIN View from my dealer that the truck left Ground Effects on 04 MAY and went back to Ford Production 04 May I am now wondering if 'Body Shop' means what I hope it does not...truck is dorked up and the body shop is patching/cleaning/fixing something.

This group has been quiet for a couple days! No truck updates here, still “built” as of 5/30 with last updated date the same. I did get FordPass to at least go to “activation pending” though! Hope everyone’s rigs are moving slowly through the shipping network.

Last update 6/4…….tracker attached. Chat says delivery June 18th-24th

Thanks for the info. Built 5/28 but tracker hasn’t updated since so I reached out to Ford chat in the morning and they indicated est. delivery of 6/25…saw your post so decided to call the number because I agree that the tracker and chat haven’t always been accurate. Ford Mkting indicated July 1st…major bummer bc I was really hoping to take delivery mid June from some of the quick turns I’ve seen here in the last couple of weeks. Oh well, I’ve waited 8mos since I placed the order…what’s another month at this point.

This group has been quiet for a couple days!

For me.. it's because I'm at the point where I said in February... "if I'm not going to receive the truck by June, then I probably won't take it and will just wait for a 2025."

With no progress (still "In production 5/6"), and no avenue to get any information, I've basically thrown my hands up (given up).

If it arrives and I can get a great lease deal with a good buyout, maybe.. but not knowing why it is on hold will forever bug me... wondering what was wrong with it.
