Does anyone know if the active motion massage seats can be added after purchase or if they will be a retro fit from ford at a latter date

Call your local dealers parts desk and ask him to do a nationwide search on the part number. If he seems put off by the request, call another local dealer. Its a quick flip to do a nationwide search. When he tells you its in "Denver, CO" or wherever, get the name of the dealership and call direct. Hopefully that will help.

As @JJSnell said get a dealer who will search nationwide for you. Some of these dealers don’t come up on the ford parts site. You have to either submit a form on their site or call them directly to order parts. Some of them will let you know how many the other dealer has in stock (counts may be wrong).

Good info to have... hopefully this will help many others. Waiting for @Jesse-Infotainment or someone else to get their hands on a Plat\KR MCS truck and pull the seats to see all the new numbers.

I have the back and bottom bladders in. I’m having trouble finding where to route the vacuum tube from back to bottom. It seems like any way will be tight. I hadn’t seen a picture on here of it.

I guess first question is, is the bottom bladder vacuum box mounted in the right spot?

Verified connections but having issues getting Passenger module to pop up (have not done drivers yet). Looks like Forscan may be the issue (didnt have issue before but now says unable to identify vehicle) so it will either load up saved profile or look at the database for updates. I did verify connections and they all look good, tried disconnecting and reconnecting... no luck.

EDIT: The only way to get the new MCS modules to show up is turning the config on in the BCMC. After you do that and rescan in forscan, the new modules will pop up and can make you changes. Passenger seat works now.

Has anyone noticed the massaging on the butt part is not that crazy?

I can't speak for the driver side yet, but the passenger side definitely seems lackluster. I can hear the pump spin up and there seems to be vibration but not much. The Sync screen shows it going. Idk if having a dumptruck makes the sensation less or what.

It's not a vibration per se, it's just bladders filling with air and emptying again.
If youve ever seen anyone in the hospital for longterm they have similar in beds to avoid bedsores.
I wish they had a real massager...
