Screenshot below shows the modem is offline:Thank you Rugedraw, based on everything I could research online I knew they were straight up lying. Are you able to see any history on the APIM and when it failed? The reason I ask is because I bought the truck on 3/9/24 as a CPO and I'm pretty sure the APIM was bad when they sold it to me. When I dropped it off last week I got the "it's been over 30 days" line from the service advisor, but I'm pretty sure the APIM was bad when it was sold to me, they may not have known which I don't fault them for but I want them to make it right.
