First tank on my 23 Powerboost.
641 miles 21.5 mpg

ran roughly 5-6 miles after hitting 0 to reach Costco for fuel.
I put 30.9 gallons in my 30.6 gallon tank.

freaked me out a bit. Anyone else experienced anything similar?

I know I shouldn’t run it down that low, but it was a big trip

wanted to see if I could make it.

Yep! I've noticed the same thing with my '22 Powerboost and it freaked me out a little also. On my '13 Fusion Hybrid, I have at least 1 gallon of fuel left when it hits zero.

Well, now you know. 0 means 0. On my 26 gallon 10 miles left still allows me to put in 3ish gallons.

Curious, what tires do you have? Wondering how much my 275/70r18 AT tires are hurting my MPG.

Mine are the factory Lariat 20’s. 275/60/20

I put a leveling kit on it today though and I’m looking to swap these out for some 17 inch or 18 inch wheels with LT tires which will probably hurt me even more

The pump you used might be out of calibration?

Funny, all the threads here about running way past 0 DTE on the ICE trucks. I guess they calibrated the PB differently. ?‍♂

Thought about the pump, but it’s at a Costco and gets verified pretty often.

On my new 2023 5.0 the DTE calculation showed 15 miles, but there where were about 6 gallons left in the 36 gallon tank. ?

30 gallons provides lots of time for options. As with all things, early is on time, on time is late. It's a 600 mile range vehicle, not a 250 mile range cybertruck :ROFLMAO:

I have rescued my neighbor a few times for no gas.. I think pump shuts off first when it has no liquid to cool
I can add 4 gallons and his truck fires right up..no sputtering
