LOL I'm one of those fingers your counting, it worked on mine in April of 22. :)
Then maybe I do need the fingers on both hands to count. :ROFLMAO:

I actually saw a truck get out of Sync 20301 via OTA 1.7.1 just a few days ago.

Nothing has been sent since you got that update, but you've gotten two OTA's this month which is good. Hopefully you get some more sooner than later.

I absolutely remember your story as it unfolded.
And the dealership was hellbent on replacing your APIM.

You eventually said that they had been given more than enough opportunity to fix the problem, and took the truck back.
Came to terms with the entry fee for taking-matters-into-your-own-hands, as we described it, and acquired the mongoose.

What I don't remember exactly is if your truck took the APIM update straight forward? Or did you have to drive around for a few days/weeks?
Or did Jesse prep your USB package?

I appreciate you doing FDRS check ups and taking a load off of my shoulders, but let me help you out. If you hold control and the - key, you can make the screen fonts smaller and fit all the updates into one screenshot.
Thanks for the tip…it’s is a pain having to do 2 screen shots..

In early 22 nobody was sure yet how to get past 1.7.1. Jesse had sent some APiM usb disk images to people. Some kicked off right away some didn't. One of the first guys to get the image from Jesse was tonesto7, Jesse sent me my image a week later. Tonesto was out to 4 or 5 weeks when his finally kicked in and installed. I had been watching every day waiting for him to report this. Mine to took 3 1/2 weeks, so it installed a couple of days after tonesto7. In the meantime iceman, bob_mac, you and Jeb started the FDRS thread trying to enable blue cruise in your 21's. As the 1.7.1 guys got past being stuck, we all hit the FDRS tread looking for Blue Cruise, and all of you, by now masters of blue cruise at this point became great coach's to us. and I've gained many new friends here! Thanks @Snakebitten ?

Dang Big Daddy.
That's some serious recall.

That would imply that I was past 1.7.1 when I jumped into FDRS? I do remember a bit of a tug of war with the USB update, requiring multiple key cycles. I retro-associated it with the infamous APIM purgatory.

I guess it might have been past that point though. I'd have to go back to confirm.
