Hi Javier (@rugedraw),
Can you please check my VIN? It's never showing any updates coming to my truck, but it's been 4 months since my last check here.

With no OTAs being sent to my truck, if I got a mongoose cable and FDRS, and manually did the updates, is there a chance that this would trigger something with Ford to start sending OTAs to my truck? Or is it likely that my truck will never get any OTAs sent to it?

After checking AsBuilt recently, there are a couple forscan updates that I did 9 months ago that never made it to the mothership. I wonder if this is related to the lack of OTAs.

Tonight I updated my truck for the first time with everything that was listed in FDRS; I don’t have any other updates available now.
I’m not understanding why I didn’t have any APIM updates listed. My sync currently shows that I am on version v23159 r915, so I would have expected to need at least one update to get me current. What am I missing?

Someone else can confirm, but I'm pretty sure that is the latest Sync version available right now for our trucks.

The current version is 23291 rev. 1049. You have one more apim to do rescan your truck and see if a new GWM. Pops up install it and the next APIM will pop in.

Hi all,

I have been stuck on 6.4.0 failing to update since 12/7/2023. I have tried everything I can think of with forscan, battery tender, scheduling changes, fordpass support etc.. and no luck. Can anyone see what could be going on with the OTA update and if there are any component updates?

How are you checking for additional updates? Are you connected to your truck or are you just logging into FDRS and checking remotely? Make sure you are actually connected to your truck when you do a network scan. Remote log-ins don’t always pull up everything in the FDRS queue.

Yes, I was connected to the truck when scanning.

I reached out to @Jesse-Infotainment about this and he said he's seen this occur with a few others as well. He provided me another gateway update to install before trying to scan/update the APIM again. I will report back when I have some time to get into FDRS again.

Its a ford issue. There are MANY trucks stuck at APIIM CY and gateway LKB/LLB

No way to make it release unless you install LKC/LLC

Then the next APIM will release
