lol, and try to find something good in the winter and good with owing and with other items mentioned above. I definitely think that I'm asking for the imposible. I need to make some compromises. :)
I rarely tow, I live in Nashville so snow isn't that much of an issue (avg. 5-7 days/yr), and I'm off-road only slightly more than I have to deal with snow. I don't know what tire will give me better "looks" while still keeping my current mpg's. I'm no expert, but I think weight and rolling resistance are the biggest factor when it comes to the mpg's. Maybe someone knows of the "Goldilocks" tire that ticks all the boxes?

I have the Continental Terrain contact A/T’s. Last 2 sets have been running them. just As previously described great wet contact and dry. I too am almost always on pavement so it was a no brainer this time around.
first set was on my previous f150, size was 275/55/r20 I kept the wheel and tire combo from that truck and just now put new wheels on the 2022 and went with the stock 275/60 r20’s
I would definitely recommend anybody on the fence that doesn’t need the aggressive off road tire

I have a 21 PB XLT with the stock Hankook tires on 20 inch rims. I'm looking for a similar tire size but more of an off-road look. I want to still be able to tow so a 10-ply tire might be needed? Does this tire even exist or am I wanting too many things at the same time? I live in Maine and we do have tough winters. Stock is about 32 inches, right? I know this is more like 3 questions in one
The 2 best AT tires i have used in the snow are the Cooper Discoverer AT34s and the Falken Wildpeaks. Both beat the BFG in snow and both available in LT sizes.

Fantastic! It's my #1 choice. Did you experience a MPG hit? I've heard it's got a lot of rolling resistance, probably due to it's grippy nature. What kind of mileage are you getting?
Thanks.

Can’t really say with the new set yet as I only have about 200 miles on them. The previous set I was getting 18 (3.5 EB). I do have the tremor skid plate so probably not helping

Is that about what you were getting with the OEM tires?

Yes, but I’m not always consistent with my driving style. But as close as I noticed, yes

I'm seriously considering the Continental AT also..Wet traction/braking is my main concern followed by noise. I absolutely hate a loud tire! So much of my use will be on road but if I can have that cake of great street performance with adequate off road traction and grip I really don't care about looks..I made the mistake of putting wide street tires on a 1992 Ranger single cab and hydroplaning during heavy rain here in Florida instantly became a problem. Just going for 'looks' is a mistake I made..but I was younger then.

Firestone Destination A/T2 might be what you're looking for. Low rolling resistance and fairly aggressive looks, plus low weight. I put a set on a Kia Borrego we own and I've been happy with them. They're a little more squirrelly than the Michelin Defenders I replaced but they're quiet.

When the time comes to replace my stock Pirelli Scorpion ATRs I'm planning on the Cooper Rugged Trek.

Thanks for advice! I will check them out. I have only hydroplaned once. It's definitely scary stuff!!!

I’m fairly convince weight is the biggest mpg killer, followed by tread pattern (rolling resistance) then rubber compound ( rolling resistance).

I’ve currently got Nitto RG 295/60/20 which hit me for 3-4 mpg (more on short trips.) I’m seriously contemplating going back to stock size in Toyo AT3 SL rated to get the weight as low as possible in an AT tire. Kuhmo A/T 52 also looks good to me - I just don’t know much about them.

This is a neat video (though a couple years old) that helped me steer towards my preferred choice.
