Just like above, I can check FDRS for you later when I get to my laptop. Based on your OTA history, I would not give Ford $50 for an FDRS license right now. The updates you are missing are to prep the truck for future updates. I would wait until something more significant comes out before dusting off the Mongoose.

Hi, my 21 Powerboost hasn’t received any OTA updates since September of 22 and I had the dealership manually install updates in Dec 22/Jan23. I still don’t have BlueCruise as it says my maps have handsfree driving until October 22.
I am debating buying a Mongoose Cable and getting an FDRS account to see if I can get BlueCruise up and running.

can someone check to see if I have any pending updates?

Based on the Sync version you're on, you should have BC. I can check FDRS later when I get home to see if you have any pending module updates that coincide with enabling BC.

Thanks Brother. Pretty frustrating that I paid almost $1k for the active co-pilot prep package and ford cant seem to get it up and running.

I will have a better idea once I see what modules you have pending updates. If you already have the updates you need, Jesse may be able to help fix whatever is wrong with FORscan and it would save you hundreds of dollars.

You have an IPC update showing, but all the other modules needed for BC are updated. What I don't know is if this IPC update is the first one that came out for 2021's which was needed for BC, or if it is the second one that came out later. If it is the second one, then applying this update will not help your cause.

Seeing that you show no history of any of the 4.x.x updates, I am inclined to say it is the first one, but I cannot say for sure. I will ask Jesse to take a look at your truck.

You have configuration issues. @Jesse-Infotainment can fix it with FORscan. No Mongoose needed. All these updates are available via the OTA process. Not sure if the config issues are preventing OTAs from being sent to you, but it is possible.

Get one of these:

Vgate vLinker FS OBD2 USB Adapter for FOR-Scan HS/MS-CAN Auto Switch https://a.co/d/bNaJLfv

Go to www.forscan.org and get the FORscan software. Register in the forums to get a free license to be able to use the software. Download TeamViewer so he can remote in to your laptop to perform his magic. Once you have everything, message him to coordinate it.

Only an APIM update showing. That should be the one that brings your Sync version up to 23151. Not sure if it gives your truck anything new or not. I am not familiar with the Super Duty updates. I doubt there is anything major for you there.
