I highly doubt it. My truck has randomly taken forever to boot up the Sync screen a few times in the 2 years I've had it now.

it really makes me ask why does it do this at wally world 2 days in a row?
yesterday i went to tractor supply for about 30 minutes which is miles from wal mart. truck started up and loaded as normal, then an hr later its AFU
then today it did exact same thing at same place.. what was that line in the bond movie

i wonder if HAL is upset ? i dont believe in coincidence ...i may need to stock up on antennas ?

UPDATE and yall are going to think i am NUTS or paranoid or wally world is cyber attacking my truck
rugedraw confirmed i had no update, THANK YOU very much.

today i went to chiropractor, truck sat for 45 minutes or so OFF but able to see wifi all around it.
got in truck and EVERYTHING booted up perfect and speedy
even pandora resumes where song left off when i shut off truck and took phone with me


then i went to WALMART, parked very near spot i did yesterday , near garden shop
i needed a new lawn tractor battery.
i was in store about 40 minutes, yes they were slow to ring me up in auto area.

i walk out to truck, click to unlock, walk around and put new battery in bed and secured it,

got in truck and pressed START. truck started... dash came up... SYNC and radio screen remained BLANK, no sounds, no screen. I waited and started to count 1 one thousand, 2 one thousand etc. got to 39 and screen pops back to life with my 75th screen and then it slowly reconnected phone and started pandora back up. and a brief flash of screen to black and boom everything back to normal.

around walmart parking, there is a taco bell about 300 feet to the west and whataburger about 200 feet west of truck. directly in-front of truck about 300 feet is very tall high tension power lines

my phone could see numerous wifi presences , but only connected to my trucks internet.

is it possible walmart is trying to hack my truck, or something else in this particular parking area?

I had a similar issue months back that I blamed on the Tesla charging station nearby (RF noise). But come to think of it, there was a Taco Bell and Arbys (I likes Arbys) nearby too. No Wal-Mart.

You need to stay away from Wally World.....Bad things happen there.... If you have go to WW, wrap your entire truck with aluminum foil to keep the bad air waves out of your truck....

at 251 the alarm went off, several times, no cats, no people, no security lights going off....just truck flashing the help me light scenario
after breakfast i will go plug in forscan and see whats tripping maybe.

plus place a roll of foil and a Mylar foil bag to the trucks everyday trip gear ?

Finally got 4.2.3. That is the first real update I have received in months since spending 2 days with a laptop, mongoose cable and FDRS in my garage pounding through updates. Maybe the rest will start coming at a more regular rate now?
