@Rineland Thanks for that. I went through this whole thread and kind of just got lost. I have all the wires needed on the Ipma so I’m gonna go for it and make the order. I hope I’m able to get everything going once it arrives, and I’m glad to have this thread and everyone in it for assistance.
Great list @Rineland . @Sandy712 I would only add suggesting to backup all modules in FORScan before implementing the neccessary FORScan changes. I have a lower trim, XLT, so referred to both the spreadsheet at https://www.f150gen14.com/forum/threads/adding-co-pilot-assist-2-0-with-forscan.5028/page-26 post #390 and my AsBuilts. You will DTCs at first and will need to calibrate the CCM to get it working, and the go back and clear DTCs.

I also referred to for Bumper Removal.

The switch is not necessary unless like me you want to complete the job; I referred to to swap it in.

I may have missed something so I will also suggest reading through this entire thread and taking notes. Really good stuff throughout.

Happy Modding and Good Luck!

I’m currently getting these DTC’s can anyone guide me on how to fix these? When changing abs portion in forscan the list said change from 4 to C, but my original digit was not a 4. I haven’t calibrated my ccm yet.

What was you original As-built value for that line in the ABS module?

After just over a month and several commutes in Stop-N-Go SoCal I5 traffic, wide open Toll road drives, and even 45-60 MPH California Hwy drives, I have become addicted to using Co-Pilot Assist 2.0. As such, I am abandoning my agreement to @Snakebitten (still tons for respect) hands on the wheel approach. I will be joining @superfordman and others in the weight hack so I can avoid a bump to the wheel every 13 seconds. I am thinking a bean bag draped over the bottom of the wheel. Anybody hazard a guess as to the weight needed? Any other suggestions besides ankle weight, water bottle, or (unopened) beer can?

I share the @Jesse-Infotainment perspective in regards to Blue Cruise. But does anybody want to speculate as to an update akin to Blue Cruise 1.2 adding the lane veering, lane switching, and curve slowing to CP2.0? The lane veering might make the weight hack a bit more comfortable IMO.

PS Kind of surprised nobody has posted on this thread in a bit. I hope @Sandy712 is good to go.

BC 1.3 will be dropping onto my MME rather soon. GWM updates started pushing out last week. I expect a much better refined hands-on mode, we shall see.

Glad to hear it. I use mine daily and just got back from one of my usual 700 mile round road trips and worked great the whole time. Here is what you need, only need one, but you get two, so what you do with the other one, will leave that up to you.

Those updates will only apply to blue cruise, but overall lane centering should be better from what I've seen. I'll be getting my 23 here shortly and once I get it hooked up, will be curious to see if there is any difference.

If you have front parking sensors then you will need the -NA harness. Since you have the 360 cameras, you’re likely wired from the bumper to the IPMA, but it’s easy to check by pulling off the left side dash panel and reaching in and unplugging the middle plug to check for wires at the plug, like below (brown w/ purple tracer, green w/ white tracer, white w/ blue tracer). If you’re missing wires at positions 9, 18, 19, 20 then you’ll have to pin those and run them to the CCM.

A lot of info is in this thread so if you have questions, try searching for some of the keywords like IPMA or part numbers to get additional details on what others have done.
@Rineland @Jesse-Infotainment @superfordman Hello… I have a Tremor 401a with 360 camera and lane keep assist. No front sensors, no nav. Looked at IPMA and it looks like i have the wires already there. Do i use the same list of items.

Yep, same parts list applies for your truck. Without the Nav APIM, full intelligent adaptive cruise control (IACC) will fault out after some time due to it not getting the speed limit information from the Nav. IACC does not work just based on the speed limit recognition from the front windshield camera unfortunately. I’m in the same boat as I have the Nav delete as well. You can still use adaptive cruise to follow the vehicle in front of you and set to your desired cruise speed, the speed set point just won’t automatically adjust if the speed limit changes.

Thank you! Will it show an error, or just not work? Don’t really need the speed to adjust automatically.. but dont want an error to consistently show in the screen.

Thanks to this thread I've decided to buy the parts to add ACC to my '23 XLT 302a w/ 360 cams. It looks like my IPMA connector has the 4 wires, so I ordered the CCM, wire harness, and steering wheel button. While I'm waiting for parts I'm wondering (and I may have missed this somewhere in the thread), is there a way to install the CCM without having to remove the entire front bumper?

It shouldn’t throw an error on the screen unless you have something incorrect when you make the FORScan changes. The intelligent part will turn on, runs for a short period of time (I think 90-120s based in other posts of people trying it) then it shuts off. It will then log a silent DTC. XLT sums it up nicely below. You can check posts #638-#643 to get the full context.
You can't enable speed sign recognition aka "intelligent" adaptive cruise without converting to a nav-capable APIM. Just keep it turned off in Sync and you'll have your normal adaptive cruise with lane centering work just fine.

You'll have a DTC in the IPMA because it's now looking for input from the APIM, but it's a silent DTC that you won't notice unless you scan for codes.

@JBMCEQY , I really don't think so and there are too many other things you would remove anyway. The harness is for instance requires really good routing through the bumper. I found it easier to remove lights, etc. with the bumper removed. Watch the video at Post #706 a few times until you are comfortable with it. Take lots of before pictures to be more comfortable. Personally, I was most uncomfortable around the airbag but that feeling too abated with the video.
