PTS shows your truck is on Sync 23072. It seems like your truck was manually updated recently with FDRS, but it is difficult for me to see what was done as everything in your truck is recorded in what I assume is Japanese.

Oh, I'm sorry.....you did say HK. I am not sure why I was thinking Tokyo.

There is no way to force an OTA update. The only way to update the truck yourself is with a Mongoose J2534 cable and an FDRS license. You can buy the cable here:

If you have a good relationship with your dealer, you can ask them to do it. However, Ford does not pay dealers here in the USA to update modules even for a truck that is still under warranty, so the same may apply over where you are.
