That song does not please the OTA gods, but it seems like they let it slide. 4.2.4 went through 5-6 hours ago.

What strange is that your OTA history shows 3.5.4 failing three times, and that is a TCU update just like 4.2.4 is also a TCU update. This is the first time I have seen a truck not get 3.5.4 and get this far with the newer string of updates. I am not sure if that means anything or not. You should ask someone the the VIN check thread to check your truck for FDRS updates. I am curious to see if you still have a TCU update pending for your truck.

Off topic: Since you have a Tremor, do you remember getting a few months back an update numbered 22-PU1010?

No idea wtf happened to 3.5.4, unless it was bundled into 4.2.4. That question is above my pay grade. Lol

LOL, just another data point I guess. Isn’t 3.5.4 the one that allows 2 phones to connect? If so, I can check via that method.

What I see is its fully updated.

You have 6 updates but the gateway , apim, tcu are fully to the latest version. Im not sure what youre asking

Cool. Basically, what we’re wondering is that PTS shows 3.5.4 failing 3x, but I’ve gone up to 4.2.4 while skipping it. Is it possible that the 4.X updates include earlier updates?

Oh. Yeah that happens from time to time. the OTA system and FDRS are not linked. So the OTA system will send out Updates that are old. Its happened to @speedracercjr a couple times and it actually installed in his case.

It should cancel out eventually and move one. I dont know why Ford still has this issue.
