‘23 Platinum w/ 22x10 Brink Wheels + 305/45/22 Toyo Open Country AT 3 Tires

Hi Everyone,
Had some wheels put on yesterday, just wanted to share. They are the Brink B204 22x10 et 12. Wrapped them in 305/45/22 Toyo Open Country AT 3’s. Running stock suspension with rear blocks removed.

Alright…so, for all that say 22’s ride rough. If 22’s rode rough Ford wouldn’t put 22’s on the Limited’s from the factory. It has a lot to do with the suspension and tires. I am on stock suspension. On my 21 XLT, my 22 Lariat and my platinum stock wheels were and are wrapped in Ridge Grapplers which rode a little rougher than the AT3’s. So to everyone who says it rides rough, No, no it doesn’t. It rides smoother than my stock wheels with the ridge grapplers. In terms of rubbing, it doesn’t rub going forward at full lock, however, it rubs just a little in reverse at full lock, rubs against the rear crash bar. The wheels are a 12 offset, not a 0/1 or negative offset so that helps out a great deal. The pictures make the wheels look a lot more aggressive than they really are.

yeah, not sure why everyone is busting your chops. to each their own as they say.

I just figured if you were on stock suspension, with that offset, you had to be rubbing on something! haha

i think it looks freaking great! i have the same wheel LOL

on a serious note, i would have loved to go with the 22" but i didnt want to deal with rubbing due to the 12mm offset and i figured 20" would give me a better ride than the 22's

I also am running the TOYO Open Country AT3's and so far i'm happy as can be with them

I wanted to get the 20x9 version of these wheels, but unfortunately, they have been out of stock. Ended up going with a similar design from another manufacturer. Those are +12 offset as well and I will be running 295/60R20 tires along with a 2" front level. Glad to hear that your rubbing is only minimal in revese.

yeah even at 20x9 et18 on these brinks, at the 2.5" setting on the FP level kit, i still rub my air dam in reverse with 295/60R/20's TOYO AT3's its ONLY at a certain angle and mainly on the passenger side haha but the truck is the same height ground to fender so i dont know.
