If this is should be a whole new thread let me know and I will delete this.

So, I'm going from the stock 275/60/20 to a 285/50/20

I'm currently trying to understand the method and my brain isn't comprehending. I'm doing Program via GPS truing.

Ford F-150 2021+ F-150 FORScan List / Database / Spreadsheet 1681136142797

I set my speedometer (needle) to 70 and turn cruise control on. The GPS I'm doing about 65.02. One of my questions is, where do I get the Current Hex Value from? It says see details above under "Program via nominal tire size".

Ford F-150 2021+ F-150 FORScan List / Database / Spreadsheet 1681136342673

I did put 285 | 50 | 20.00 in the values under nominal programming and 0969 comes up.

Ford F-150 2021+ F-150 FORScan List / Database / Spreadsheet 1681136583708

Other question is. Do I replace 0A7F with 0969 to generate the goods for the BCM lines?

726-15-01 xxxx xxxx 08xx
726-15-02 BExx xxxx xxxx

Ford F-150 2021+ F-150 FORScan List / Database / Spreadsheet 1681136818719

I've been racking my brain on this. I'm ready for the clowning or schooling. I'm somewhat familiar with basic Forscan stuff but this has me lost. Thank you

I used both gps and radar signs to confirm my speed. Right or wrong I used the plain English version to set tire circumference bypassing any hex computations. Then I revised a few times to get it set properly. The entries to make it accurate bore little resemblance to my actual tire size, they are equivalent to about 1.5" less diameter, go figure.

I might go this route and revise a few times if needed.

The Current Hex Value is sourced from the values in your BCM. Connect to your truck with your Forscan setup and view your BCM as built values. Take the values from 726-15-01 xxxx xxxx **xx and from 726-15-02 **xx xxxx xxxx. E.g., if you have the following values 726-15-01 = xxxx xxxx 08xx and 726-15-02 = BExx xxxx xxxx, then your Current Hex Value would be 08BE. Enter that into the calculator with your 70 MPH and 65 GPS MPH. Replace your as built with the results from the calculator and recheck your MPH to the GPS.

Question, when the Power-up updates happen, do they overwrite any changes made to the various modules through ForScan? I've downloaded all the delivered values and wonder if I need to redownload due to the latest April release to 4.2.2.1.
generally no for me so far
it has messed with phone being there or not and MY screen in the IP
but so far the forscan stuff i have done is not changed back.
although i still get camera dtcs and they work perfect so it think its an issue with last update my glare free enabled

Right on the money. The truck speedometer matches the gps speed. Thank you a ton!

When I had first decided to order a new ford i was going to go with a bronco but then when orders got shut down went for my f150…people had figured out how to add all of the drive modes to a base model bronco but had that been done with the f150?

Can anyone tell me if the anti-sway function in "towing" can be switched to normally off via Forscan? PIA having to go in and flip it each time....

Two quick mod questions:

1. Is the Park Assist package necessary for the Hitch Assist mod?

2. Is there a software mod to keep the mirror flood lights on while moving?

Thanks in advance!

I got the Pro Hitch Assist working on my 21 PB Platinum 701A w/Active Parking Assist 2.0, 360 Degree Camera Package, Adaptive Steering, CoPilot 360 Actv2.0 Prep, and Max Trailer Tow Package so I have all the frt/rear sensors also.
Did the FORSCAN mods. ABS 760-03-01, IPMA 706-01-01, APIM 7D0-01-03 changes. When I tried it out I got the orange screen on the bottom 1/3 of the screen issue at first, but I put the hitch ball on the truck and took a ride around the neighborhood and backed into my driveway and tried it. Got the prompt is trailer connected ?, choose (No) then it initialized and then the white circle appeared seeking trailer. So it seems to be working. I don't have my trailer here, but I'm going to try it out soon. 4/15/23: Update: So it seems to work, I can get to point of the truck wanting to take over. Here are some pics. Note: must have the hitch ball on the truck or you will get an alert screen (last pic).

Should work the way you are doing it. Can you post what values you currently have and what which line. Also, If you have a early build 21 truck, It may not be available if you are running an older version software version of Sync.
Just wanted to follow up on this. I used FDRS last weekend to get my 2021 Job 2 truck up-to-date and after the APIM/IPMS updates noticed that the Oil Life Reset function is now available under Vehicle options. I was using Forscan right, just had too old of a Sync version as you stated.

I've been using the search function and reading pages of this thread and somehow am not finding it. Which characters did you change in these Forscan lines to get this to work?
