I had a similar problem last fall that was a bad exhaust heat exhanger extender valve. There is a system that switches in coolant flow for conditioning the battery pack when not running the engine. It also tends to squeak more when "cold", and much harder to hear when it's been running a while. An alternate way to prove to yourself it's not the transmission, brakes, etc. is that it can also happen when the truck is idling in the garage. Just give it a load (air conditioner, laptop plugged in, etc.) so the gas engine charges the battery and then switches back to battery only.
Dealer replaced this valve and no more squeaking when going to 0 RPM.
