Nope......Sometime between 2/10 and 2/23........@PPEng15 . Anything?
I hope it gets there soon. What kind of scenarios are you thinking about? Possibly waiting for a 2024?Nope......Sometime between 2/10 and 2/23........
Just playing the waiting game.
I have seen several truck carriers over the last several days, but none with my order.
To pass my time, I have been running calculations on various purchasing scenarios and watching updates on 2024s.
Financial ones. Current sticker vs current trade. Original build price vs original trade and everything in between. 0.9% thru 2.9% rates. All kinds of scenarios. I expect a battle.I hope it gets there soon. What kind of scenarios are you thinking about? Possibly waiting for a 2024?
Now that’s the engineer in you?. Sounds like you have put a lot of thought into this. Shouldn’t you get the financing rate from when you ordered? I surprisingly got .9% for 60 months. When I had checked it was 1.9%. Who knows where the other percent went.Financial ones. Current sticker vs current trade. Just informing myself so I know how hard to push when the 2022 comes in.
It will not be an emotional decision, but a decision that I am comfortable with.
I also pulled the trade in on a comparable 2015 with two years more mileage to get an idea of where I May be in two years on my 2017.
There are no guarantees that a 2024 will also not be stripped, but again, gathering information to make the best decision that I can.
All of my accessories are selected and waiting for purchase, I have read the owners manual, so little else to do but review updates on this forum and plan for the day that I get to visit with my salesperson ?
Yeah, this damn head never shuts off!Now that’s the engineer in you?. Sounds like you have put a lot of thought into this. Shouldn’t you get the financing rate from when you ordered? I surprisingly got .9% for 60 months.
HA! Go to the "What did you do TO your F-150 today" thread. Plan a half a day of reading and you will not only be an expert on accessories, you will have about a $10k list of things you would to do to your truck.I have to admit that I only understood around 70% of this message...maybe less. There are a lot of terms and "thangs' in here I've never heard of before.

Good luck! Keep us updatedYeah, this damn head never shuts off!
Should is correct. I should also only have to pay the price at order, but based on discussions, I do not believe it will be that easy. I have gathered the price hold reimbursement information and the truck was ordered through Smart Vincent.
But first, the truck needs to arrive. Thursday is the last day of the original delivery window.
I don't know who your are buying your truck with, but I'm going through Granger. It's been a great buying experience so far, but their Trade In offers have been a good chunk less than I am seeing locally. Typically my local CarMax is pretty low, but Granger was under them for both options (I have two different vehicles that I was thinking about trading in).Financial ones. Granger does not want your trade in. They are in the middle of Iowa so they do not get "foot traffic" buying that some more populus areas get. They sell new vehicles at rock bottom prices and that is the business model they follow.I don't know who your are buying your truck with, but I'm going through Granger. As it stands now, once I have a firm pick up date (the truck is currently at the dealer) I will just sell it locally and skip the trade.
I'm pulling for you bud!!Yeah, this damn head never shuts off!

Looks great! Love the two tone! And tow mirrors! Still waiting for an update?Double bonus today. Picked up my truck from the detailer, and got a software update.
Detailer applied ceramic coat and PPF both. What a difference, like another whole new truck. Crazy how the color changes with the light.
Dawned on me today was the first day the truck was clean since I picked it up. Also went with BakFlip mx4 tonneau cover and bedrug. Awaiting Tufskinz matte black tailgate letters.
