The hotline is when they open a case with Ford Engineering to help them with an issue they can't address themselves. I don't see how you can open a hotline ticket without even connecting the truck to FDRS, but whatever.They just called and said they have a “hotline“ into Ford. (Whatever that means)
No OTAs in the past 60 days and nothing pending in your queue.
