Why is that door more subject to breakage compared to the larger door?

If mine does break, I hope it does so within 100,000 miles or 7 yrs, which ever comes first.

It's just been my experience that spring loaded, push to open type latches are more failure prone than ordinary latches.

On the KingRanch, the upper door is the best looking piece of wood (veneer) in the truck.
When I push the button, the door lifts and the perfect ~1/2 roll of paper towels is laying in the cubby.
The only thing that would be even better is if it was actually made to be a paper towel dispenser and had roll holders incorporated into it.

That is nice looking. On my MY22 XLT, it's much more utilitarian looking. I use it for the insurance certificate, inspection paper, state registration and for good measure, cat scale weights for both my truck and travel trailer.

Does anyone with the upper door find it doesn't line up with the dash when closed?
Is there a way to adjust it so it sits flush along the pass vent and doesn't look like it's slightly ajar?

I suspect it's a tolerance during assembly and a human being determines just how close it needs to be to move on to the next truck?

Having said that, I am very happy with the truck. It's been a little buggy in the software development, but has been flawless as a truck.

I added the upper glove box to my XL last night. Pretty easy install all said and done.

Now I need to find an XLT arm rest to get the rest of the storage options sorted out.
