That's awesome news. I'm hoping to get similar news soon.

Are you rail or convoy? My understanding is that rail is more susceptible to delays from here, whereas convoy is more likely to be on schedule and on the earlier end of the ETA window.

Assuming you're convoy, I read somewhere that if you watch the Order Track site, the shipping info at the bottom should let you know when your truck is matched with a car carrier and issued a freight ID.
welp not sure your convoy statement is correct.

I have an eta of 12/4 through 12/10. according to my window sticker I am on convoy:

Ford tracker still setting at built 11/23

Ford F-150 12/5/22 - Build Week - MY 23 1670453764376

order tracker has no info other than awaiting shipment.

oh, and this is the bottom of my tracker

The question becomes, where was your truck built and what dealership is it headed to? If you are a Granger, Iowa truck, those are shipped via rail from Dearborn to Kansas City, and then convoy by truck transport from Kansas City to Granger.

I reached out to Ford chat to inquire about the status, and got the response that the vehicle status was " ETA disposition of Micro Chip At Plant On Hold "

Sounds like on-hold due to chip shortage. I asked the agent to clarify, numerous times in multiple ways, and it was like speaking to a bot. She just kept copy/pasting the same words with no additional clarification.

My build is an XLT 302A, nothing fancy, and I already see a tear tag.

I can only hope it gets resolved soon, whatever the hold up is. She did say that the new ETA at dealer is 12/26 - 1/1, but I'm not holding my breath if it is truly on-hold due to chip shortage.

Bummer.

I also have an XLT 302a scheduled to be built Sunday…this doesn’t make me feel too confident ?‍♂

I opened my FordPass app yesterday and my 2023 F-150 appeared! (Have other cars I use the App for otherwise I wouldn't have checked.) Says "Activate Vehicle", I'll probably hold for a while unless there's a reason to activate it now.

Today I have a date under "In Production" on the order tracker of 12/8/2022 (which is my blend date per window sheet) and have ~1121 modules populated under BCE Modules in AsBuilt.

Fingers crossed for no chip hold, but not holding my breath...

So, when you look at all those modules, what does it mean? If any of the three columns has a blank, does that mean there is an incomplete module or could some not have all three columns filled in. Right now, I am just looking at those modules and taking it as progress being made. However, do I need to analyze them deeper?

My Raptor production date was 12/5, with a blend date of 12/8. All the modules populated today, so I assume the blend happened. Now, just waiting for the email that says "Built".

I just spoke with someone on the online chat and they said that my truck is on a chip hold. Hopefully yours skipped it

I saw y’all talking about BCE modules. I pulled mine up earlier and a crap ton of numbers came up. What does that mean?

seems to me chip hold is only one of many hurdles you will face.
shipping is a big one. a lot of us here could have walked to Dearborn by now to get our trucks.

chat cant tell me when, my dealer has no clue and the tracker is stuck at Built.
