For those that have shipped and check status on ordertrack.app, are your shipping details loading? Just wondering if is working since the rebuild.

If it's by rail (which I think it is since you're in WI like me), it won't show any more info there. You can however get the rail car number from your dealer running a vehicle status report. Then you can use that to call and get the status of that rail car. Search the forums or google for the instructions to call the automated CSX system.

Gotcha, thanks.
I checked with the dealer earlier and their system is down... it never ends.

From my liaison:
I very much do understand the situation. Your vehicle has a Microchip hold that (fingers crossed) is supposed to come off next week. Once it comes off hold I will see if I can get it expedited for shipping but I cannot promise anything. Until that hold is off we are in a holding pattern. I’ve got several F-150’s I am working with that are on the same hold as you are. Not that its any consolation at this point, but you are not alone in this holding pattern.

So basically nothing. I will probably get new dates at the end of next week
Not what I wanted to hear. I was hopeful that she was going to give me good news on Friday while I was having the oil changed in my current truck.

My contact at Ford corporate is Tyrita (sp) Johnson. I know I botched her name. Do any of you have her for your order? If so would you mind messaging me her email?

Could it be Tarita? That is my contact at Ford corporate. I admit I had a difficult time catching her name. I did not get an email address, just a phone number.

I stopped at my local dealership tonight on my way home just to say hello :p and snoop on a 22 King Ranch (almost identical build to mine) has been sitting in the detail prep lot for nearly two weeks now. I was told it belongs to the owner of the dealership and is not really up for adoption. The sales manager even said she asked him if he would consider trading with me haha. I told her no way, I do have a few more options coming on mine that are lacking on that truck. I mentioned the thought of getting on the list for a 23 instead. She said I could do that but it would cost me more and that I would be giving up my price lock. Bingo exactly what I wanted to hear. She did say my truck has not moved as she has been checking daily for me. Oh well, waiting 8 months whats a few more?? Fortunately I don't need the truck as I have a 19 Lariat loaded.

This is my contact with executive as well. I don’t have her email either, but she’s been very nice with my concerns with my “new” truck that was built in January and not delivered yet. Much better information about a what’s happened to the truck and receptive to my concerns moving forward than my dealer (Granger).

I just moved into "build - awaiting shipment" when I refreshed the tracker this morning. So hopefully we are all going to be moving along here.

For everyone above reaching out to the executives, I found that I got the best information from emailing Andrew Frick, from which a Nick Steiner responded to me. He gave me info on what was holding my truck up and actual status, unlike the chat reps or exec. office who just tell you "chip hold, we don't know what exactly." I have to assume he was giving me accurate information too, since I progressed forward a day earlier than I was previously told that my next ETA window was.

Out of everyone I emailed, he seemed to be the most willing to help and had the correct information. And his email responses were WAY faster than the "executive offices".

If you have been on chip hold since 8/12 that means I wont see mine until Christmas or after.

What was he saying? I am assuming the rest of us in that blend date time had the same problems. Hoping with you moving to built some of at the end of 8/8 see some movement
