I’m giving it another week, possibly two, for it to arrive. If it’s not here by the first week of October then it’s time to look somewhere else. This is ridiculous.

The ONLY reason I'm being as patient as I am is because I have a spare vehicle at the moment. I sold my 2019 F150 back to the dealer to take advantage of equity values, but it's left us with one vehicle. Once our spare vehicle is no longer available, it's time to look elsewhere.

I'm right in the middle of the latest update window (9/24-9/30), but I'm not holding my breath.

My dealer is in Livonia MI which is about a 15-20 minute drive to the Dearborn truck plant. They’re close enough to each other that if my truck farted there would be a good chance my sales guy would be able to smell it.

I have a spare vehicle as well as my truck but with the winter months creeping up I’ll need to put my car into storage. The truck is over miles and since my lease ended in June i really dislike paying additional months for a vehicle i can’t really use as it’ll cost me more money in the end.

I feel like our blend week hasn’t had any movement. Lots of Lariats sitting too.

Nope. My understanding is that it was missing the Ford emblems, and other badging.

I was told my truck was also missing just the badges and emblems so hopefully this means good news for me this week. I'm sure Ford and my sales guy are getting sick of me calling them regularly.

Pretty sure that a supplier getting shut down for a month because they released a toxic substance into a water treatment plant isn’t on them. That’s on the supplier.

True. But it sounds as if they were the only source for this part. Ford having a single point of failure is on Ford.
