Took the truck in this morning, they found a SSM 50976 in PTS for this issue, I've attached a printout with more details. They need to replace the auxiliary battery isolator. The part is also back order until 9/18/22.

This part and the aux battery falls under the 3yrs/36k warranty according to them.

Was able to take the truck back home and was informed ok to drive until part comes in.

Update - aux battery isolator part finally came in, dropped it off this morning and they dropped it in within the hour. Clear the code and now drives a lot smoother. Electric mode works again!

Before with the code lit up, the trucks downshifts very jerky like some are describing on other threads getting bumped while stopping.

Part needed for this issue is ML3T-14G567-AC or Part #: 14526, sits right next to the main 12v battery on the left side.

Hoping this is the last of the issues I'm having with this truck. Love this truck and there's no other like it on the market, year 1 down, planning to keep it for another 9 if nothing major pushes me over the edge to sell it.

i am having the same issue and are replacing the aux battery isolator. seems to definitely a powerboost thing. wondering about how long it took to get your part in. it looks like a month? my dealer said mine is on back order but would put in an emergency order. my powerboost only has 578 miles on it and it went. hoping since it’s so brand new they will get it shipped out fast.

That sucks. Took over 30 days for my part to come in. The part is labeled as a fuse from the paper work and also on fords parts site. Hope it’s not a reoccurring blown fuse situation. $200 fuse will get expensive!

I had the same issue at about 500 miles too. Took about 2 weeks at the shop. It’s pretty brutal. The new part is upgraded - must have had a ton of problems with the initial part.
