Hey y'all, I was settled on the husky x-act contour mats, but then the tuxmats came into play. I'm considering this for Kansas where we have all seasons all year long, and I have a fully loaded back seat with kids in car seats. I like the husky's, but the tuxmat seen to cover a little more and look a little nicer. This is the main family vehicle, so I'm thinking about all that more then the normal "a trucks a truck" talk. Does anyone have the tuxmats and care to do a review? I'm unsure about all the extra clips I'd need to put on, but if it works it works! Tuxmats are sightly more expensive(about $40). Tia!

No really helpful, i know. I bought the tuxmat, but still waiting on the truck to get out of production(was supposed to be delivered on 8/29). I watched a few YT videos on how they hold up after a few years and was impressed, my other vehicles have WT and the coverage sucks.

I'd love to hear about install and you're opinion once you get your truck. Mine is not set to be built until 9/19 so I've got plenty of time to wait and hear about your experience! I've seen the reviews of the WT and wrote them off early!

As dumb as the question sounds, how comfortable are they? I spend a lot of time on my knees in the back of my vehicle cleaning up after the kids/finding toys/etc. One of the reasons I looked the tuxmat is because they looked more cushioned. Any input is helpful!

Also, if anyone recommends a good rear seat cover to go under the car seats, let me know!

Strongly recommend the TuxMats. Took my kid to the beach last week and just brushed them out when I get home, nothing else even comes close to this level of coverage.

I was hoping you'd respond! I think I saw when you originally got them(searching the forums) and was hoping for an update! Thanks!

Do you ever take them out to clean them? Are the clips a big deal?

Super easy, I don't use a ton of clips because they lay in pretty well. But I pulled the drivers the other day to wash it ( I had some salt water on it from launching the boat) and I pulled the passenger front to put in my dash cam, only takes about 20 seconds to put in or out.

That looks like a lot of coverage! The dealer was supposed to install Weather-Techs in mine when it came in but forgot. So threw in the Ford Accessories mats. The coverage is not the best so been debating Tux-Mats or the Weather-Techs.

They are super nice if you have kids or dogs (I happen to have both). Getting cheerios and doghair out of automotive carpet is a nightmare.
