Fender Badges - anyone changed theirs?

Negative. There are many places that sell just the removable rectangle top part of the badge. For much less than the entire piece. 30 secs with dremel seperates the 2 pieces.

I asked that when I was inquiring about the Ford Performance and the BAP lariat ones from 8 dealerships, they said no. Comes in one piece. I think he was asking for the OEM ones that come with the BAP XLT from Ford, not the 3rd party ones. I know there’s tons of 3rd party ones that can make similar but he wants just the badge part from Ford, they don’t sell that part separately, has to be with the whole vent.

Correct. I was asking about the BAP badge.

Are you replacing the entire vent assembly or just the rectangular badge portion?

Just the rectangular portion.

I'm sure the stockers can be reused if I just clip of the melted portion.

On a similar note, can the humongous 4X4 graphic decals on the sides of the bed be removed, without ruining the paint? (No. I like the blacked-out look as well.)

Yep. Did mine this week. Used a hair dryer to soften up the adhesive. I found it’s easier to try and remove from top to bottom. Comes off in one piece, doesn’t leave any residue. I started by trying to peel from one end to the other and it’s a mess. Comes off in small pieces, leaves a residue.
