Are the backup camera setting at speed and the front camera at speed setting mutually exclusive. I tried setting them both but the codes in the spreadsheet indicate to change one of the same values.

Hi all,

New to forscan stuff?

I wanted to get the global windows to work... But I tried and getting an error just the first step 726-17-01 And 02

Am I missing something? I watched a couple of videos and they just input the values and write it just fine...

I noticed digging around with forscan there's a line for wheel well arch height does anyone know if changing that(after a lift install) would help with camera alignment or just what that adjusts in general?

Ha funny timing, I just adjusted mine today then redid the IPMA camera calibration. I have a 2.5" level and almost 35" tires so about 3" higher than stock. Nothing was wrong to begin with, with lane centering, but did wander every so slightly at times, more than it did with the factory tires with the level. After redoing the calibration with an updated height, it did seem a little better, but maybe was just me as well.

Strangely though, I'm not too sure where exactly they measure from for the wheel well height from the factory. My asbuilt height was 999 mm (39.3"), then physically measuring from the ground to the top of the fender arch is 1016 mm (40") with my level and larger tires. Measuring a stock rig with no level and the same stock tires I had from the factory, actually measure out around 37.2" physically. So not sure why that value is so high in the asbuilt when the truck isn't that high, or maybe it settles out that much from when brand new. I might try to add that almost three inch difference to the asbuilt 999 mm value, recalibrate, and see if that makes any difference at all.

Ha that doesn't sound like fun. I won't be much help there as I don't have 360 cams, I'm just referring to the center windshield camera for lane keep, etc.

Couple of questions:
I swapped my standard mirrors with 360/bliss/heat/pwr glass to tow mirrors with 360/bliss/heat/pwr glass/and pwr fold.

1. Got the power fold to work but wondered if the Lincoln option will work. I made that change but it didn’t work for me so I changed it back in Forscan to standard power fold.
2. The running lights on the mirror, it seems only the two blinker lights work when using the blinkers, otherwise nothing is on. Is there a way to turn on those lights so the Orange running lights will be on when lights are on?
Thanks!

Hey everyone! New to the forum, and this thread has been a godsend. @Livnitup, you are a saint. Thank your for your time and documentation.

So, two things I haven't seen yet that I would love to hear more about:

Anyone figure out how to keep zone lighting enabled when in drive?

Anyone figure out how to kill auto return-to-park? (feature that automatically returns the shifter to park if door opens and seatbelt is off) I figure this has to be configurable; no way that law enforcement models do this. To that note, I haven't seen any TCM addresses decoded...

So I have a question about glare free headlights for those that have activated it thru Forscan. I have a 502a Lariat. I have made the changes. And all seemed good. I have the green auto in the cluster. So the question is I noticed tonight that my headlights no longer “bend” or go through the leveling sequence at start up. Is that normal?
