I just finished my first ever chat session with Ford - I attempted a few times before, but didn't want to wait 28 minutes.

Anyhow, she said my truck was sitting at ramp 95 in Elkhart, Indiana- about 2 hours away. No carrier info available. Estimated ETA to the dealer 6-11/6-17!

Chapman also told me they need to send away for plates from my home state when I ordered. I'm not sure how long that adds to the pickup time frame, at least a week if not two. Kind of a shame, I can get a 20 day temp tag in 15 minutes and fly down the same day if allowed to do so.

I wonder if it will all come together before July 4th but I have no info either way on that yet. I'm dropping my current F150 off for a detail tomorrow and then onto FB marketplace ASAP. It's starting to feel real now!

I'm going to trade a vehicle and transfer the plates, so I'm hoping that will ease things.

The trade is going for detail tomorrow just in case....

Mine has been like that for 5 days in Jessup, MD. Waiting to be loaded and delivered 50min down the road.

I was given and ETA of 6/26 - 7/2. It's looking like that may be pretty accurate. I wouldn't be mad if it came a little early though?

Mine is also sitting at the railhead 50 miles away from the dealership and being told it will be delivered July 4th. ?

Oh, boy. Mine is a few hours away from the dealer (Utah -> Idaho). I guess i will hope for the best, but expect the worst. A little nerve racking since I'm in the same boat as a lot of others, where I have to travel out of state to pick up the truck (I live in Oregon).

I know, but it's just the only thing making sense. It says right in the Ford tracker it could take up to a week to ship, but mine has been sitting for close to three weeks like that.

Rail is one thing, I understand the delays. But mine is convoy, and Granger should be getting a ton of trucks with the volume they sell.
