The feature unavailable message almost seems like Ford's way of getting us to stop trying to activate it when it's still at the factory.

I’d agree if I believed Ford was lying about my truck sitting at the VOLTZ yard waiting on a rail car since the 18th.

I just assume that if it's to stop us from trying to activate it before we have it, that it would continue showing that message until its off transport mode or something.

Imagine I’m a nefarious person and want to use FordPass to track a truck off the lot so I can borrow some Cats later?

I was out shopping for Powerboost cats and bam, they let me track the truck via FordPass to this schlubs place of work, seems like he/she starts the day pretty sharp at 8am and doesn’t even open the door until 5pm…

Just got home! I had never driven a powerboost, it rides like a dream, not like a truck, but I can get used to that. Koons was just perfect too. I got 3500 off my 5% below invoice price thanks to a pco, and the 1k order rebate from Jan. They had a sticker price on it of 83! Plus I got 0 for 60 months. I could not be happier. I'll leave a review for koons later...now I have stuff to install on this Brokeback Ranch.

Awesome to hear it all went smoothly, I wish my time with Koons was coming soon but....

Tracker updated to built, want to believe I'm no longer on any holds for parts but I'll keep my expectations low for now.

I apparently was a little to quick with my excitement which I realized after the adrenaline of seeing the shipped box on ford tracker wore off. I realized there are not dates or emails so it may not mean much.

This morning I have lost 2 check marks and filled in bubbles but gained a date at the built level.

Ordertrack app overnight did switch from pending build to awaiting shipment. Progress still would elude to no more holds.

I will have my dealer check VVR for an update.

Exactly why I give all the tracking info Ford is giving us with a grain of salt, sadly. Hopefully both of ours escape the plant to the shipping side of this hell.

My activation was denied and 24-48 hours later the truck shipped! It may be a sign that someone got in it and drove it to a staging area.

Would be cool if we could verify this as with other things that we hope are “signs“ of progress. I’m just happy that my ETA was not pushed out another week. I call or chat once a week to check status and today is the first time that it was not pushed out another week.

I got some awesome information this morning, which is also a bit, ironic.

My truck is on a railcar that arrived in Conway, PA yesterday. The irony is I passed over the rail line it likely took yesterday to get to Conway (about 100 miles north of me, we were coming back from a little roadtrip).

Be wild if my truck gets to the dealership by this weekend. Next week is probably the only week of the year I wouldn't be able to just go get it.

Good news here. Mine updated to Built yesterday (5/30) in both trackers and says awaiting shipment.

Looks like things are moving along nicely for most of us in this build week, hope everyone had a nice Memorial Day Weekend and here's hoping we start seeing more trucks completed and shipped.

I sure hope so. I also hope that Ford fixes this current system which seems to have no rhyme or reason so that future customers aren't left as bewildered as we all have been. I understand the supply chain shortage impacted and continues to impact orders, but Ford can't tell me that it can't improve on what they are currently doing....such as not being as apathetic to our frustrations.

It appears the "band-aid" has become under promise over deliver, heck, seems like half the Sept. -Oct. eta trucks in this thread look like they'll be taking deliver in June.

I'm not saying that's a good band-aid, but I'd rather have that then get a late June ETA, then in late June, get a late July ETA, etc. etc.

VVR says delivery by July 6th and Ford Chat confirmed this, however chat also mentioned I was still on plant hold.

VVR says ramp 58 awaiting shipping but nothing about any holds.

It appears the "band-aid" has become under promise over deliver, heck, seems like half the Sept. -Oct. eta trucks in this thread look like they'll be taking deliver in June.

I sincerely hope this is the case for me. I have trips planned and on top of that I need it by the end of the year for the tax purposes. And if I'm on chip hold till October lord knows what shipping will look like by then.
