Just got mine today. Sent the info in for a tune, just waiting for it now.

I think they have more stock even though the site says there may be delays.

Hey Goat what tune did you choose. When they asked for tunes I thought they were referring to the drive modes for the car. Wasn’t sure if they adjust the drive modes.

Yeah I didn’t know what the options were. I asked for a 93 performance and 87-93tow.
I’m a powerboost if that makes any difference.

I think that selection is based on capability of the engine. So if u tow, you can’t have the performance tune, even if you select tow mode. you should have the tow tune in there. Then pic a mode that works for the amount of load. That’s my thought of it. It might not be correct

Yes but my Tuner is not seeing the ECU after they did an update to the device with the tunes. So now I’m waiting to hear back? Since it’s a holiday weekend I probably won’t hear anything til Tuesday.
They sent me a Tow with 87 & 93 and a performance with 87 & 93. Problem is here in WA state we only have 92 Octane max. I stated that on the form too. Waiting to hear back on that issue as well.
I’m on a 5.0L so maybe different options.

Do you have a check engine light?

After your tunes were loaded, did you start under the dash or straight under the hood?

No… the tune never loaded. Wouldn’t let me. Truck still runs fine I think the handheld tuner is jacked up from them pushing the update/tunes to it.
It doesn’t see the ECU, as soon as the handheld is plugged in from the first steps to the OBD connector.

yes the Key On was enabled.

There is a piece to do in the OBD first then go under the hood.

Ya I wasn’t able to get to saving the stock tune. (Beginning step.) They had to push an update to my tuner. Then start the initial steps all over… it resets the tuner with whatever update they did. However, now trying to start all over the tuner can’t even communicate with the ECU to start the stock tune backup.
So I’m just waiting to hear back.
