Truck is built, delivery delayed

My truck has been sitting for the past two weeks in a railhead lot in Dixiana, SC about 120 miles from dealer. Price of fuel + shortage of drivers.

I didn’t have this problem with my F-150, but I absolutely had it with my Bronco Badlands. Delayed shipping, and then several delays along the way. Sat in a railyard in Indiana for ~ 10 days, then when it got to the KC area, sat in a rail holding area for another 5. We would drive out there and could see it, but couldn’t get to it. (7 miles away from the dealership)

I had no new updates. The last email I had gave delivery time frame up to April 15. When I saw my dealer was calling I was sure he was going to tell me it was pushed out again.

Just a heads up. My dealer has a custom order ready to be picked up at the rail head with a 3/28 blend date. The order tracker site/app doesn’t show any info and the palsapp website shows no information.

Is it normal for my vin to be on the United roads page as “inactive” if I haven’t even received a shipping notification? Just trying to convince myself that maybe it has shipped and all the trackers/info aren’t acting right. My VIN has been on there since the day or two after I got the “built” email.

Hi, My 2022 F150 Lariat completed manufacturing on 3/3/22. I was given an estimated delivery range between 3/13 and 3/19. That didn't happen and it was updated to between 3/29 and 4/4. No truck, and a new update to between 4/9 and 4/15. Now waiting on a new update! I talked to my dealer several weeks ago and he said they were having lots of transportation delays. Is anyone else having this problem or have you gotten any kind of update/explanation?

My VIN never worked on most trackers, including United Road, tracker.app, and palsapp. What worked was getting railcar number from dealer through a VVR. (Vehicle visibility report) from there you can track through NS or CSX rail.

My truck was built 3/20, shown to ship w/ ETA of 4/2 to 4/8, updated ETA to 4/27 to 5/3. Checked this morning, now my truck is in the built mode, no ETA. WTH

Blend Date 3/23/2022, went offsite (assume Spray Bedliner) and returned to Chip Purgatory on 3/24. On 3/31 it went to Lot 51 and I was told no chip hold. Last week, I was told it was definately shipping on 4/17. Yesterday, I went on chat and the guys said that he "strongly" suggested I call New Vehicle Support who said I was on a chip hold. I still show in "Production". I originally ordered 2021 truck in October and got cancelled so had to reorder. Order date is 11/26/2022. I got bumped to an 01 Priority in early March, but I am still waiting despite me seeing people with January order dates and Blend dates after me taking delivery. Now with the Lightning being produced, will they get the chips?

Sorry Ford, but can you get your crap together. Every day is a different story.
