Same issue here. Dealer failed to diagnose/fix an issue that was apparent and blatantly obvious. I didn’t EFF around and called a lawyer same day. Within 6 hours the dealer was allocating me a new truck, and bought back my 2021. I now have a 2022 XLT that is much better but still has the weird idle “vibration”.I recieved a settlement my lawyer called it a cash and keep offer.
Mine was maiy for a faulty front camera that took 6 months and about 6 dealer visits to finally fix and not due to the shudder.
What’s crazy is that Ford knows my last truck had an issue, and within a day the dealer put that truck back up for sale. Hopefully nobody buys it. I have zero faith in this truck, nor Ford. Once my credit levels out, I’m out of this truck.
