Anyone else having tracker issues today/tonight?

Mine was down yesterday for a good part of the day, came back online with no visible updates. it was online today and down again tonight with a different error. Everything is back again but still no updates. I expect a window sticker date update in the next day or so but that didn’t change tonight. Does anyone have any insight into what causes the tracker to go offline? Typically it just refreshes back to the search screen but sometimes, like tonight it throws an actual error on the search. Often the outages are associated with visible updates to the window sticker, delivery dates. Etc. but other times not. Are they just refreshing a reporting database of sorts during those times?

My salesperson got back from his warm vacation and called yesterday to advise me that my 7 Feb. ETA was no longer valid....

my order date was 10/18/21. i don't know what a blend date is. dealer entered my email wrong so i have never had, not a single communication with ford. called ford, got my vin# and started with the ford tracking website in december or early january.

ford started production 1/24/22. ford showed 2/18/22 estimated delivery. like everyone else, a week ago it went on chip hold and was pushed to 5/19/22. stopped by today to make sure the dealer had corrected my email with ford.

was surprised to hear my truck is finished, sans the missing chips. i was told point blank the truck is finished. so hoping 3 months is an over statement by ford and maybe many others are in the same boat, meaning there is potential for the trucks to be done earlier than the 3 month push back.

Tracker and email both say shipped.

Email says generic 12 to 28 day transit time depending on dealer location but my estimated delivery date is 2/23.

Did you check palsapp? My Estimated Delivery date was 2/17. I checked palsapp on 2/4. My truck shipped to the Claycomo lot (Kansas City factory) and then was loaded on a truck and shipped to Granger the same day. So, it beat my estimated delivery by quite a bit.

For those that have either got the notification theirs was built or shipped, what are the numbers formated ###/#### on your window sticker?
I’m trying to see where they are in the line.
