Thanks to @Satellite67, we all have a build date and now our first couple delivery ETAs! If it's a range, I'm going to use the latter day as the ETA to keep things simple, and possibly pleasantly surprising

FWIW I'm quite skeptical about my ETA. We'll see if it sticks. Don't trust COVID or the weather lol

Once we start getting "Shipped" dates, I'll separate them above the dotted line for organization. Same with Delivered!

As always, let me know if you get any new info and I'll adjust tomorrow!

We have a bouncing baby boy! Time of birth: 12:09 PM MST. Weight: 5,000 lbs? No modules yet. Looks like the 2-day theory is about right.

I used to work at an Auto Manufacturer and it was normal for production to run 7 days a week with the exception of 6AM to 6PM on Sunday. I do not have modules right now but will continue checking. I also have not received an email from Ford since 12/10.

Good to know. I haven't received an e-mail either since oddly enough, 12/10, when they told me I was bumped from 12/20 build week to 01/03. All in all, one bump ain't bad.

Attempting to predict things a little. It looks like some of the others in our week are showing modules after around 12-15 hours if I'm reading it right. We'll see what happens in the morning.

The last email I got from Ford was 12/15/21 moving my build week from 12/13 to 12/20. Ford has been silent since. I went to the dealer in order to get some to what's going on. Dealer printed out a history of my truck. Turns out, my truck has an ETA of 01/23/22 to 01/29/22 to the dealer.

I’ve been checking my VIN on Cassens shipping site every day this week with no results. Checked this morning and I’m in the system! No details on delivery date yet but my crazy fast 01/10 ETA may actually stick, give or take a day or two.

Im guessing the dealer code it asks for is not our order code?

Correct. Dealer code is the Sales Code on the Preview order you got at the beginning of the process.

You can also go through the dealer view to see past deliveries. Not all dealers will use Cassens.

Now that you show up on Cassens, have you been able to get a copy of your window sticker either from your dealer or online?

Does your truck show up on Jack Cooper also?

No window sticker, the whole ford system is down for 22s.

Nothing on Jack Cooper, they don’t ship to my dealer. Cassens is the only delivery service. It will permanently say pending on palsapp for my vin.

I’ve heard Canadian orders will never get emails, even if entered into the system correctly. You could try checking with your dealer and seeing if the email address in the ordering system is correct.

What is Cassens? How is it used?

Cassens is a different shipping company, similar to jack cooper/palsapp.
