Finally got to leveling my truck with rc struts and found an insane deal on Maxxis razr at tires. Walmart had tires on rollback for 94.88 a tire so I couldn’t pass it up. Now to see if I can find someone local with for scan to help me correct the tire size

I agree, looks great, kinda biased though, if you’re worried about the speedo being off, it ain’t by much, be hard pressed to find the cop that would write you for being over IF you were doing 70 on the dash in a 70 zone.

Thank you guys, like your style gutshot. Yea not so worried about the mph as much as just keeping things as accurate as possible in the long run. With the topper and decked system the level is within a 1/4” front to back so it is pretty much as good as it gets ?

Until you load up the back, then the Carolina squat you’ll be sportin, unless of course you install air bags to re-level it. And your headlights now will be a bit to high for other drivers at night.

Would yr orginal tires if came with 18s. Be 275/65/18?? Big jump if you went up to 285/75/18

You’re correct, my numbers were wrong for his application provided his OEM sizes were 275/65/18.

Get a tuner and fix the tire size. Takes 2 minutes. Don’t get airbags they are overkill, look into RAS. I have it and you can’t even tell it’s there and when you need it you have it.

Which tuner do you suggest? Trying to avoid having to buy a new laptop for forscan

I have livernois tuner. You can grab a laptop on the cheap. Ask a friend I’m sure someone has an old one laying around.

Appreciate it. I’ll have to open up a gps and see how off it actually is and go from there. Appreciate the kinks though!

..I didn't update mine, and my spedo seems fairly close with 34.7 in maxxiz razr at's when compared to my phone GPS at highway speeds. Those that make the tire size adjustment say its not an exact science and requires a bit of trial and error to get it right on.

look up the specific tire rev per minute on the manufacturer website. It’s very easy
