Zone lighting not working?

Hello,
I noticed I can’t use my zone lighting through the ford pass app or with my truck not running. I receive a message in my truck saying its being turned off to conserve battery power and the ford pass app shows the message below. My battery power seems fine truck starts no issues. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

I've reported this issue months ago through email and live chat not one response to my concerns. I'm so frustrated ! I could post up screen shots of messages if necessary all I want to know is why I can no longer use this option without the truck running seems useless.
