Might just be me, but if I want a hard plastic and metal chair quickly, I will just open my trucks tailgate... otherwise I will spend the 30 seconds it takes to pull one of the three more comfortable and packable chairs that is always in my truck already.

Having a tough and durable case for gear is great... I just don't think I would want the extra weight and bulk of the metal moly panel / chair added to it for sub-par comfort (I have used the metal panniers on my motorcycle for table and chairs before... it works, but its worth the effort to pack better options)
