Smiling just a bit here.
I was there when this video was being made.
In the intro and at about 2:45, there is an almost velocity blue vehicle
parked in front of and to the left of this truck.
That would be the rear of my Corvette Bright Blue 66 ElCamino.
I went to this one just tho take the v8 truck for a spin
(Liked it much better than the 2.7 STX I drove a couple of days earlier)

To all potential 2021 XLT buyers............Spend the extra money on the 302A package so you don’t have to go to the aftermarket in search of LED headlight bulbs or assemblies.

I ordered 301A
I did not want all the extras nor the big screen TV in the middle of the dash.
I was good with leather wrapped wheel, power seat and a couple other simple things.

Gotta keep in mind, my current truck is a lowly base Cheyenne with only cruise, AC and tilt. Originally rubber floor and vinyl seats. About 4 yrs ago I put Cloth captains chairs and rear seat, carpets, overhead console, and console.
I like shifting and this new one will be my first AT in over 20 yrs.
Even my XLT Ranger is simple, AC, Tilt, Cruise, carpet, cloth seats.
Both excellent pickups, but that Ranger is a rough riding lil thing.

I HATE the halogen bulbs on my 2020 XLT; LEDs weren’t available below Lariat. The halogens are dim and yellow; I consider them a safety hazard.

The XLT 302a does have LED headlights. First picture is an XLT with LED lights and the other is the XLT with halogen lights.

I ordered the 302A with lots of options. I asked about just getting the Lariat, but it was going to be 7 or 8 thousand more!

Happens pal, I have been confused about a lot of things.

The XLTs are still very well equipped. A lot of the last generation Platinum and Lariat features not available on the XLT have trickled down to either being standard or optional on it for the new generation.
