XL fog light install- will this harness work?

I have an XL with no fog lights. I will be replacing my headlights in the near future and would rather do the fogs at the same time. I was told that this harness will work to wire them into my low beams for factory functionality. Any idea if this is true and this is all I need? Thanks.

Looks like it would work. I ordered an oem harness from the dealer and oem headlight switch with fog light function from eBay for mine. Added a ground to each side and everything works as from factory.
just needs some forscan programming on the ipc and bcm maybe don’t really remember
